You will be guided step by step through the techniques and skills to make breads ranging from Yorkshire cobs, classic plaited loaf, mini wheated decorated rolls, Artisan style breads including sour doughs, and many other local organic bread types. We will be using the best locally milled flours from Worsborough Mill a 17th century stone ground flour mill still in use today!
